You see your own X-ray, hear the options in plain language, and get the cost in writing before anything begins. No upselling, no procedures you did not agree to.
Dr. Pervi treats every patient personally, so you are not handed between clinicians halfway through a course of treatment. Instruments are autoclaved and laid out sealed in front of you, disposables are fresh for every appointment, and the equipment is modern: digital X-rays, 3D oral scanning and rotary endodontics, all of which make treatment shorter and more comfortable than it used to be.

Will the treatment hurt?
For the great majority of our patients, no. Modern local anaesthesia and gentle technique mean that fillings, scaling and even root canals are usually painless, and most people are surprised by how little they feel. If you are nervous, tell us at the start: we will explain each step before it happens, work in shorter stretches, and stop whenever you raise your hand.
What will my treatment cost?
You get a written estimate before any work begins. After examining you, Dr. Pervi shows you the X-ray, explains which treatments are genuinely necessary and which are optional, and gives you the cost of each in writing. Nothing proceeds until you agree to it, and we never add procedures you did not approve.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We see children for first check-ups, cavity care, fluoride treatment, pit and fissure sealants, and habit counselling for thumb-sucking or grinding. Dr. Pervi keeps children's appointments short and unhurried so that the dentist stays a place they do not mind visiting. Parents are welcome to stay beside the chair throughout.
Can I be seen today for a dental emergency?
We keep same-day slots for emergencies. If you have severe toothache, a swelling or abscess, a broken or knocked-out tooth, or a lost filling or crown, call or WhatsApp 74001 77989 and we will fit you in as soon as we can, usually the same day. For a knocked-out adult tooth, keep it in milk and come in immediately: the first hour matters.
How often should I come for a check-up?
Every six months for most people, along with scaling and polishing to remove the tartar that a toothbrush cannot reach. Catching a cavity at the check-up stage usually means a small filling instead of a root canal later, so routine visits are the cheapest dentistry there is. If you have gum disease, diabetes or braces, we may suggest coming more often.

Evara Dental Clinic is at Shop No. 07, Sector 18, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. We are open Monday to Saturday, morning and evening, with Sunday by appointment. Booking ahead is best, and you can request a slot through the form below or on WhatsApp.
