Booking ahead is best, because appointments are unhurried and the slot is held for one patient at a time. Dental emergencies are the exception: call or message on WhatsApp and we will fit you in the same day wherever possible.
Yes. After the examination you get the diagnosis, the options and the cost of each in writing, before anything begins. If a treatment needs several visits, you will know how many and what each one covers.

That is what the first appointment is for. An examination and, where it helps, a digital X-ray show what is actually going on. You will see the X-ray yourself and hear the options in plain language before you decide anything.
